Very simple, you must fill out this form so that we can know what ebike you have and what condition it is in. Once we have all the data and information, within a maximum period of 24 hours we will contact you to inform you of an approximate appraisal that we put on your ebike.
Once the evaluation is accepted, the ebike must be sent so that we can review the state of the electric bike. Once reviewed and accepted, the payment will be made on the purchase invoice of the new bicycle.

But this will depend on the final assessment made by one of our experts with the bicycle physically in our facilities. The clearer and more detailed the description of the electric bike, the less it can vary.
There are always points in an electric bicycle that have to be felt and tested, that is why there may be some variation in the appraisal price.

If you agree on the approximate appraisal of your ebike, you will have two options to deliver your electric bike.
The first option is to bring it to one of our physical stores, there we can assess it and if it complies with the description made by you, you can take the new electric bicycle immediately.
The other option, if you don't have any nearby, is to send the ebike to our main warehouse (postage is borne by the customer).

If after checking the electric bike it does not meet the description provided by you, the customer must take charge of picking up the ebike within a maximum period of 7 days.
