Shipping times are computed in working days from Monday to Friday and may be altered by local or national holidays. If the payment method chosen is bank transfer, these terms may be modified, since the shipment of the order will be made at the time that said transfer is effective.

How long does it take to receive the products?
Peninsula: between 2 and 4 working days with the possibility of express delivery in 24 hours.
Andorra: 4 to 5 business days
Balearic Islands: 3 to 5 business days
Portugal: 4 to 6 business days
Canary Islands: 10 to 15 working days by boat (batteries cannot travel by plane) + between 5 and 10 working days for customs.

- It is carefully repackaged and protected from possible bumps or scratches during shipping.
- Once you get home, you unpack it and you have some simple instructions inside the box that explain how to finish assembling your ebike. You will simply have to place the handlebars straight and thread the pedals.
